Large indoor riding arena

Our large 40 x 20 m indoor riding arena has a raised gallery suitable for pushchairs, as well as the best 360-degree views of the grounds and the breathtaking mountains for all horse lovers.

For the ultimate riding school experience, we now also have an all-weather grooming area for our ponies, so that they can be prepared in a weather-protected place for the riding lessons in the riding arena.

Learn horseback riding on holiday

An unforgettable riding holiday

Pony experiences

In summer, you can book a professional riding instructor on all 7 days of the week and in winter 5 times a week. She will teach you how to ride and show you that riding is fun!

During your first trial lesson with floor work, our riding instructor will show you how to handle the ponies properly, groom them, lead them and communicate with them. You’ll learn how to act around the ponies to ensure that you stay safe. During your trial lesson, you’ll discover how to build a lifelong friendship with ponies.

In the first riding lessons, the riding instructor will also show you how to climb onto the pony, sit correctly in the saddle, hold the reins and communicate with the ponies.

During the lesson, you’ll also learn equestrian language and specialist terminology.

Please note that our ponies are not therapy horses. If your children have some form of disability and would like to learn to ride, please let us know in advance so that we can find the right pony for them.

Book riding lessons in advance

We recommend booking your riding lessons before your holiday as there may be limited availability. You’ll achieve the greatest success if you take individual riding lessons, as the riding instructor can fully concentrate on the child and the pony.

You can book the riding lessons shortly before arrival via the check-in form.

It’s not only girls who love a riding holiday! We have a lot of experience with our ponies. Here on the pasture, even the youngest guests dare to ride on the gentle backs of our patient and loving ponies.
