Regular cancellation conditions
If you unfortunately have to cancel your holiday here at the Seitenalm, the following cancellation conditions will apply:
- You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 months before arrival
- The fee for cancellations from 3 months to 1 month before arrival is 40 % of the booking price
- The fee for cancellations from 1 month to 1 week before arrival is 70 % of the booking price
- We will charge 90 % of the booking price for a cancellation within the week before arrival
- Early departure will be charged at 100 %

To save you costs and hassle, we offer you the special service of booking premium hotel cancellation insurance, which also covers mountain rescue and accident costs.

Basic room features
As each room has a balcony, you can enjoy wonderful views of the Rossbrand - the local Radstadt mountain – the Dachstein massif, the surrounding mountains or the upper Enns Valley.
All rooms are equipped with beds for allergy sufferers, safe, satellite TV, telephone, radio with 5 different channels, fridge, bathrobes for the whole family, towel bag, bathroom with washbasin, shower or bath, hairdryer, make-up mirror, towel dryer and blackout curtains. A fire alarm system and (permanent) childproof plug sockets contribute to your safety on holiday.
We can provide a microwave free of charge upon request.
