First-class childcare

We offer 77 hours of childcare on 7 days per week, daily from 9.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.

Play catch, laugh and do lots of fun things. Our childcare team members have lots of great ideas! Some of our childcare team members have been working with us for many years and perform their work with enthusiasm, happiness, a passion for ideas and a lot of dedication. We are very proud of our childcare team - who enable our young guests to enjoy a carefree and wonderful time on holiday.

Our childcare room

Kids' Club

The children’s program is divided into age-appropriate groups and takes the season and weather into account.

Your children will enjoy a completely new experience in the childcare rooms of the kids’ club on an area of 150 m². All of the rooms are very bright and well-designed.

  • Large windows – nature feels close enough to touch
  • A uniquely light & friendly feeling in the room
  • Different play areas: construction corner, book corner, sensory corner, nature corner
  • Cosy dens & quiet places to withdraw
  • Comfortable sleeping room for an afternoon nap
  • Parent-free zone (parents can stay for 30 minutes every day)

Every day from 9.00 am to 9.30 am there is a meet-up session and introduction to the kids’ club with parents. You and your child have the opportunity to get to know our childcare team members and explore the new surroundings. From 9.30 am, the kids’ club is a parent-free zone.

Provide us with the completed children’s pass to give us all the important information about your child.

Example programme

For the toddlers

Here is an example of our programme for children aged 1-4 in summer:

The daily childcare programme is offered in age-appropriate groups from 9.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. with lunch.

Our programme starts early in the day! We start by feeding the Seitenalm animals and then get ready to do some exercise with Freddy Fit. We explore the playground and you can also use the colourful finger paints to create great pictures.

Have you ever made salt dough? You can use it to make funny figures or your favourite animals. The dough then becomes hard and you can paint your figures and take them home to show your friends.

We take a break after lunch and relax. Afterwards, we listen to exciting stories in the witches’ house. Anyone is welcome to walk with us and our pony Sternchen to the witches’ house!

In the evening, you can dance to the music played by DJ Don Pedro at the children’s disco and we also make music together.

For horse lovers

There is a free pony adventure every day e.g. pony hike or pony rides.

Example programme

For the toddlers

Here is an example of our programme for children aged 1-4 in winter:

In the morning, we play together in the snow. Enjoy some tobogganing, build a snowman, have a snowball fight, let off steam in the fresh air and then give the snowman an orange carrot as a nose.

Lunch contains lots of vitamins so that we can relax after being so active. We spend the afternoon in the children’s worlds. We sing, play and get creative to our heart’s content.

Warm winter clothing is particularly important. Our childcare team members play with your children in the snow every day if they have a snowsuit, balaclava or hat and gloves.

For horse lovers

Three times a week at 4.00 p.m., we offer pony rides or pony guiding as part of our family entertainment programme.

Children make their first turns in the snow on the “Hexenhaus” meadow slope.
