Reasons to make time for family

A holiday with Grandma and Grandpa. Quality time across generations.

When grandparents come along, a holiday becomes shared family time across generations. Children enjoy nature, animals and plenty of freedom. Parents get a little extra support, while grandparents can be part of it all and still enjoy quiet moments of their own.

Whether hiking, feeding the animals, or simply relaxing and enjoying life – at Seitenalm, every generation experiences their own special moments of happiness.

We know what families with grandparents need on vacation – and we take care of every guest’s well-being with heartfelt attention and care.

We offer special deals for your holiday with grandma and grandpa during the periods mentioned above:

Four days of winter - One night on us

Snow right outside the hotel, warm places to retreat to and plenty of time together make January feel wonderfully peaceful.

With our January special ‘4=3’, we are giving you one night free:
you spend 4 nights with us, but only pay for 3 nights. Ideal for anyone who longs for a short but thoroughly relaxing break. Look forward to relaxing days full of family time – whether enjoying the snow in the winter wonderland or cosy hours in the warm hotel. At the same time, you can enjoy all the inclusive services of the Seitenalm – just as you have come to expect from us: uncomplicated, enjoyable and ‘naturally first-class’.

Secure this special offer now and turn four days of family holiday into a little winter highlight.

Out into the snow, back into the warmth – all just steps from the hotel. The children’s ski area, toboggan hill, animals and play spaces are all close by. On selected winter dates, children stay free of charge.

In the heart of Ski amadé, Austria’s largest ski area, you’ll find the exclusive kids' ski world right by the Seitenalm. Children can whizz up and down the slope in the hotel’s ski world with the “magic carpet” – an 18 m long conveyor – and a 180 m button lift.

But there’s also plenty to do on the Seitenalm without skis:

• Sledge up and down the “Hexenhaus” meadow
• Travel on the mini bobsled over ski jumps and through the deep snow
• Go on a Ski-Doo ride with Peter
• Pony rides in the indoor riding arena
