• HiPP baby buffet with food jars and follow-on milk
• Our kitchen team also prepares vitamin-packed and low-salt purees every day
• 1-lily wellness area with indoor pool, whirlpool and generous lounger area, baby bouncers and playpen
• Extra warm water in the baby pool (33 °C) with colourful toys and a seating swim ring that can be rented for free

The whole hotel area is accessible with the outdoor pushchair. An indoor pushchair is available for inside the hotel. An outdoor and indoor pushchair are reserved for you. Both of the pushchairs can recline flat so that your child lies in a good position.

And to ensure that everything is perfectly organised for your first holiday with your baby, we will send you a baby checklist before your arrival!

Golden Autumn Days at Seitenalm – Early November

When autumn shows itself in all its colorful beauty and the first morning frost sparkles in the sunlight, Seitenalm becomes a cozy retreat for guests of all ages.

Enjoy peaceful walks through rustling leaves, watch animals at the edge of the forest, and fly the last kites of the year together with your children. The crisp air, the warm rays of sunshine, and the scent of woods and meadows make these days truly special.

Friday 19 December to Tuesday 23 December 2025 you can enjoy various Christmas activities such as:

• Christmas craft activities
• Winter ride – pony riding by the stables
• Angel mail for your loved ones at home
• Christmas baking
• Christmas songs by the fireplace
• We get our own Christmas tree with Peter from the forest, so you have time to decorate the tree ready for Christmas Eve. We can provide tree stands, baubles, lights and tinsel.

Wednesday, 24 December:

• We set off in search of the Christ Child
• From 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. idyllic winter hike around the Seitenalm (also suitable for young children).

All the doors of the Seitenalm are closed so that the Christ Child can perform his work in peace and quiet. Around 6.00 p.m., the bells ring and all the Seitenalm doors are opened again. The Christ Child comes for all the children and we sing Christmas carols by the Christmas tree.

We will happily deliver your presents while you and your family are on the Christmas hike.

The Seitenalm knows the needs of families with children and grandparents on holiday and takes special care of their well-being! Going on holiday with their children and grandchildren is a unique experience for grandparents. Enjoy a holiday tailored to your own personal needs.

At certain times, we have special offers for your holiday with Nana/Grandad.

The price for the family (2 adults with their children) is as per the price list.

Grandparents staying in an additional “Comfort” double room for 2 people or in a single room for 1 person receive a 30 % discount.
