The organic sauna with a temperature of 70 °C is good for the circulation and is particularly beneficial for the body. All essential oils generate a pleasant sensation of comfort and harmony. This sauna has a perfect warmth and is ideal for anyone who can’t tolerate temperatures that are too high.

Infra-red cabin

The warmth in the infra-red cabin is transported into your body via the blood and lymph. This warmth gradually increases your body temperature. The temperature of 45 °C is good for the circulation and enables you to sweat gently and in a healthy manner. The Licea Cubeba essential oil releases a pleasant and beneficial fragrance.

Enjoy the sensation of beneficial warmth

Steam room

Your body temperature increases gradually in the steam room. This has the benefit of enabling you to better to enjoy the warmth. You might also experience a pleasant warm feeling in your body that can last for a few days after using the steam room.

The steam room has a temperature of 60 °C and the effect of the special mountain herbs can help with colds and problems with the airways.

Two saunas for adults

Experience pure relaxation in our exclusive adults only saunas – a haven of peace and tranquillity reserved just for adults. Enjoy soothing warmth and uninterrupted time out in a stylish and serene atmosphere. In the small entrance area, you can sit together and enjoy some tea, water and fresh fruit.

Finnish log cabins for sweating

For adults

The two Finnish log cabin saunas have temperatures of 85 °C and 90 °C for a hot sauna visit. The unique panoramic view of the upper Enns Valley provide a sense of deep relaxation and harmony.

The scent of Swiss pine fills the air in the “Alm Ruh”. It is made from pine wood, which is known for its healing properties. It calms the heartbeat and has a wonderfully relaxing effect.

In our “Alm Ruh”, adults can truly relax while enjoying a fantastic view of the Enns Valley. We enjoy indulging you in the heavenly calm of this high-quality relaxation house.

Experience the sensation of floating

Experience a unique sensation of floating between heaven and earth on the two floating loungers. Just one gentle push generates at least 200 pendulum movements, which gently massage and stimulate the back and all your organs. You can go directly from the indoor pool to the outdoor sunbathing area. There are comfortable loungers, tables and sun umbrellas available.
