Guinea pigs, rabbits, goats and more

Welcome to a holiday with animals

  • Bella and Ella, the Seitenalm guinea pigs, take care of their babies and love their home below the goats’ hut
  • Our goats Floh, Keksi and Schecki also show off some of their tricks when they go up the climbing tree
  • Rabbit Klopfer and his friends live in super luxury apartments and are just waiting for some cuddles
  • Our sheep Buschl, Pünktchen and Flocke love fresh grass from the mountain pasture
  • Let yourself be woken up by our cockerel Hugo and enjoy fresh breakfast eggs from our chickens every day

The cats Pepper and Balu

They love being held, stroked and looked after by children. Balu strolls around the Seitenalm and explores all the corners and different areas. He also enjoys going walking with children.

Donkeys Tschibo and Leo

Tschibo and Leo, our two lovely donkeys, are waiting for your visit on the donkey pasture opposite the hotel. They’re unable to resist when the children bring them their food in the morning.

Rosi and Resi are Kune Kune pigs who love to take it easy! They can often be seen dozing in the sun, but when it's feeding time, they're right at the front – grunting happily and wagging with excitement!

In summer and winter

Riding holiday with our ponies

Gemma, Whiskey, Sternchen, Flora and Dixi, as well as 6 other ponies look forward to welcoming children to the daily pony experience. The rest of the time, the 11 ponies enjoy the large summer meadow. They particularly love having their tails combed and groomed. We carefully clean and oil their hooves. Our ponies love being looked after by children.

Guests can enjoy great pony adventures for an unforgettable riding holiday in both summer and winter.

Ducks and frogs

Relax by the natural pond

Dagobert and Daisy Duck swim in the outdoor pond with their little ones. Why not go out on the pond in our “Josefa” duck pedalo and watch the animals?

You’ll also hear Bruno the frog and his large family croaking on the pond. They also stop by the Seitenalm from time to time on one of their frog expeditions.

Kiss the frog? We’re still waiting for the prince.
