Horseback riding with Jean-Marc Poisson

Our focus is on a riding style that combines harmony, subtle aids and mindful handling of the horse – entirely in keeping with classical horsemanship.

Harmony between human and horse

Horseback riding with Jean-Marc Poisson

Do you remember the feeling of sitting on a horse as a child – the smile, the freedom, the joy? At Seitenalm, you can experience that feeling again.

Jean-Marc Poisson, a riding instructor of the classical school, teaches with exceptional sensitivity, patience, and a deep understanding of both horse and rider. His lessons are characterized by calmness, precision, and lightness – free from pressure and coercion. He teaches the art of harmonious riding, where seat, weight, and inner balance work in perfect accord. This creates that special feeling of oneness with the horse – elegant, refined, and full of joy.

This approach reflects our core values: mindful interaction – in the stable, in the saddle, and in our interactions with our animals.
