The whole hotel area is accessible with the outdoor pushchair. An indoor pushchair is available for inside the hotel. An outdoor and indoor pushchair are reserved for you. Both of the pushchairs can recline flat so that your child lies in a good position.

And to ensure that everything is perfectly organised for your first holiday with your baby, we will send you a baby checklist before your arrival!

Spend your first family vacation with your little darling in Salzburgerland. The courses combine two things: fitness training for the mother and playful exercises for the baby. Your baby isn't just there - it's an important part of the lesson. In addition to training the classic problem areas, exercises for the back and pelvic floor are also carried out - building on the postnatal courses.

Golden Autumn Days at Seitenalm – Early November

When autumn shows itself in all its colorful beauty and the first morning frost sparkles in the sunlight, Seitenalm becomes a cozy retreat for guests of all ages.

Friday 19 December to Tuesday 23 December 2025 you can enjoy various Christmas activities such as:

• Christmas craft activities
• Winter ride – pony riding by the stables
• Angel mail for your loved ones at home

• Christmas songs by the fireplace
• We get our own Christmas tree with Peter from the forest, so you have time to decorate the tree ready for Christmas Eve. We can provide tree stands, baubles, lights and tinsel.

Wednesday, 24 December:

• We set off in search of the Christ Child
• From 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. idyllic winter hike around the Seitenalm (also suitable for young children).

All the doors of the Seitenalm are closed so that the Christ Child can perform his work in peace and quiet. Around 6.00 p.m., the bells ring and all the Seitenalm doors are opened again. The Christ Child comes for all the children and we sing Christmas carols by the Christmas tree.

We will happily deliver your presents while you and your family are on the Christmas hike.

Thursday, 25 December:

• Festive Christmas menu
• Advent in the mountains – a holiday just the way you want it!

Enjoy the winter landscape by the hotel - either on a relaxing walk in fresh snow or while speeding along on skis or sledges.

In the heart of Ski amadé, Austria’s largest ski area, you’ll find the exclusive kids' ski world right by the Seitenalm. Children can whizz up and down the slope in the hotel’s ski world with the “magic carpet” – an 18 m long conveyor – and a 180 m button lift.

But there’s also plenty to do on the Seitenalm without skis:

• Sledge up and down the “Hexenhaus” meadow
• Travel on the mini bobsled over ski jumps and through the deep snow
• Go on a Ski-Doo ride with Peter
• Pony rides in the indoor riding arena
